 small filter drain bolt removal 525 exc 2007 KTM 525 EXC - I have heard all the horror stories about the small filter drain bolt stripping the allen head or worse. Any tips on how to remove?               |

| Re: small filter drain bolt removal 525 exc Here's what I did on my 03' 525SX I got the motor warmed up & tool my hand impact driver with a proper fitting Allen socket wrench & gave it a whack! I never had a problem after that, I guess I got lucky mine didn't stick! Just make sure that you don't over tighten it. |
