Default ktm sxf 250 suspension

hey i have a ktm 250f and the suspension just seems a bit harsh the front would bottom a bit and when i land it all seems harsh what can i do to 1 make the front not bottom but not bee really hard and make it all seem like its workin together front and back


stock springs are in use and i am 11 stone 3 pounds thats like 71 kilos if that helps any suggestions? thanks

oh by the way i ride both hardpack and sand. the bike is an 07 and the fork seals have recently been done all help appreciated! cheers lads
