250 rfs adventure

hi all, i just came across an exc250 2003 going very cheap. iv always wanted an adventure bike and am wondering if this is the apportunity.
am i correct that all 4t of that year had the EXACT same frames?
so if i sourced myself a 525 engine it would be a straight swap? air boot? plumbing?
same forks were used but how about springs?
i know ktmtalk would probably be the best place for this, but my fisrt stop is always here.

ye i read up a bit on that kit but i already got a woods bike. it would be cheaper to go big bore but im the type that would rather do a complete swap to keep relaibility and parts matters simple. 525 a very common bike here how they lug it around the rocks i cant figure but on the open sections man do they fly!
