 Once again - the list grows. It appears that 2010 will be an active year. How I wish that this list would not grow and parents would not have to bury a child. Let us also be active and continue to "Remember Those Who Rode" and the Families left behind. You folks are "Second to None!'" Please ride safely and may we never take "our ability to breath" for granted.  |

| Ashlee Sokalski - "May She Rest in Eternal Peace." Once again, with sadness I post of another "Champion" who passed from injuries sustained while racing in a National event. Ms. Ashlee Sokalski passed from injuries sustained. She was the leading female racer in the US. RIP Ashlee Sokalski on MX Sports May the Sokalski Family find strength from a community that give so much - "Those who race and ride Off-Road - MX." Feel free to post and comment on this phenominal young woman who "still touches" those who ride. "May Ashlee Sokalski - Rest in Eternal Peace" and may she 'Ride & Roost in the heavenly realm.' | Peter was pitted with us at Indy. Have known him for about 3 years as he ran the same series we did. Services are tomorrow and Friday. There are several funds set up. Peter Lenz Memorial Site - FOREVER 45 He was an amazing kid, and although not quite the fastest yet, he was on his way. I am just glad I was able to spend his last weekend with him and tell him I was proud of him. Tdub |

| Tdub , do you have any insight on what could have gone wrong? All I can gather is that he crashed on the warmup , got up waving his arms and was hit. As a former roadracer , I know things happen so fast on the track, was there anything that could have been done at the track safetywise? My son races an NSR 50 here locally........ RIP Peter...  |

| Tryce & Cycleryan, I was saddened to hear about and read about the passing of this young man. Man it just tears you up when a child dies before their time - even when performing the passion that drives us all in one for or another.
