Please support the memory of a "Fallen Brother" - Matthew Shane Wright who passed this year on June 24, 2012.

This event will be held at Rio Bravo Motocross Park on Sunday, November 25, 2012. Approximate time: 10:00am to 4:00pm. Donations for shirts and other items will be forwarded to Matthew's family.

Hosted by, of course Sabatini Racing and Rio Bravo Motocross Park.

Bobby - All of us will be at the Highlands MX park on Saturday from 10:00 AM til close. Hope you can come out. I believe the 393 YZ450F will be there

Thank You for the invitation Mr. Berg….I would have liked to have been there, and at The Memorial Ride at Rio Bravo as well. This past weekend found me preparing the bikes for a race out at Ultimate MX. It was Round 9 of the EVO Series, and since I haven’t raced since my friend and team mechanic, Matthew Wright - passed away….I have worked hard (mentally) to return to competitive action. It was difficult, but I had Matt’s brother Jonathan Wright and best friend, Shawon Smith with me. I have had Jonathan on a motorcycle…teaching him how to ride….I helped purchase it for him – it’s a 1978 Yamaha YZ100.

Happiness to me will never be the same. There will always be that missing loved one, those missing new memories that I was anticipating to nurture, and then….longed to share. The fact that Matthew’s brother and best friend are now team members helps ease the pain.

I hope the Marty Tripes t-shirts were enjoyed!

This past Sunday we celebrated Matthew's Birthday with 60 Subway sandwiches, 2 Birthday cakes and about 100 cupcakes, along with 6 gallons of Hawaiian Punch.

I took Matthew's '74 CR125 out for a memorial lap on Rio Bravo's main track.

Matthew's Family, closest friends and acquaintances participated in this event.

21 balloons were sent to the Heavens in honor of his 21st Birthday.

Sabatini Racing is now: Sabatini / Wright Racing in honor of Matthew Wright.

Thanks Danny Erdeljac, for use of your facilities on this memorable day.
