Garrett Michael Bergs YZ450

Today I got the amazing opportunity to ride Garrett's mighty YZ450! Man that bike is INCREDIBLE! It was truly an honor to ride it! So I took it out and after I got used to it I went for it; I jumped the imfamous triple step up on his bike. It was the coolest feeling ever! Char got pics of me so I will have those posted ASAP! If I get the chance again, I will get it on video for yall! But I had to share the rush I got riding the bike that is responsible for ATM and this amazing bond we all have! see yall later!

MxMike floated over that monster so smooth and easy. Poetry in motion. He jumped right passed me as I was doubling it. I felt a little rush myself when I saw that "393" on the side.

It was sure nice to see him riding it. He really rode that bike good. Also Casey took it out in the second moto of the ATM/TT race and did a nice job on the bike too!

Had fun this weekend I am glad we made the trip again.

One more thing Bill Barnard......

I am sending the Slendora mud home with John on your plates. For those who don't know Florida393 couldn't make the trip as he wasn't healed enough from his last surgery. He sent his number plates and I put them on my bike and rode two practice sessions on Saturday and got roosted by Big Maico real good. Howard has been telling Bill that he was going to roost him so since I had Bill's plates on he got roosted by proxy!

I am so bummed we missed this great event. Maybe next year we will be healthy and can join the fun. Have fun and be safe on the way home

That's to funny roost.....Pop was saying that exact same thing! I did have a great time meeting folks and putting names with faces!! (Most of which I have forgotten now

) Sorryh I couldn't make it sunday. Had some other things that had to be done. What a great weekend though.

Mike did a great job riding Garrett's bike. This young man rose to the occasion and put his academic performance where it needs to be. We had a deal - when he got is grades to the A's and B's he could take a spin. Mike has made the right decisions and continues to fly with the "Eagles of Life." I was proud to watch him ride - needless to say he did an excellent job and remained in control.

Oh yeh, there was no hesistation to turn the throttle either!

Keep up the good work Mike. Your Dad and Mom are "Doing it Right" and you are making "good life decision!"

Mike...watching you ride Garrett's bike was nothing less than awesome. I'll never forget that look on your face when you came back to the pits.

I second that statement. I got to share pit space with Pop and Mike and they are great guys! Mike sailed over that triple so smooth....it was SICK!! He's lucky I wasn't out there though.....I might have gotten in the way!!!

I know people were wondering about me...."Who is the schmuck rolling every jump on the track? GET OUT OF THE WAY!!!" Yep...that's me baby. Space taker extrodinaire!!! Actually the track was way different from the last time I rode it and since it take me so long to used to riding in the dirt again I just didn't push my luck!! So used to riding street bikes that everytime the rear tire slips I leave pucker marks in the seat foam!!

Great weekend everybody. Again, sorry I couldn't make it back on sunday. Can't wait for next year.

PS-I tried posting my pics but the file types were not acceptable. What should I do. I had IMG and JPG but niether will post on here. Let me KNOW!!
