Default Yz250f Coolant Bolt gone, do I need new radiator hoses?

Hi there, I have an 03 yz250f that I replaced the coolant on, I guess I somehow managed to not tighten the drain bolt all the way after doing it
After riding and seeing white smoke from the bike I stopped it, and the radiator hose next to the exhaust pipe was slightly melting. Figured the white smoke was the hose and moved on.
That was the first ride after the coolant replacement so I was going to check the levels to make sure it was good, after seeing what I thought was it being low, I put more coolant in and it was coming straight out of the drain hole with no bolt to be seen.
My guess is the bolt came out during that ride because a little into it the bike started running a little different.

So that gets to my point, do I need to replace the hoses? One of my friends thinks so, and a different one doesn't. I don't want to spend 90 bucks on hoses if I don't need them, and is there a cheaper set of hoses, are the eBay ones okay? Probably not I'm guessing.

If one of the hoses actually started to melt, I would be replacing at least that hose. Some of the made in China Ebay hose kits see to be okay, others not.

After further inspection, the rubber hose was not burning, it was coolant getting onto the exhaust pipe, and my buddy thought the coolant had a leak and boiled, not just was missing. So I do not need to replace it which is good, thanks for the help
