flasher VALVE

Hallo.
I want to ask if knows anybody , if it is possible to fit in WR 426 valve IN with part numper 5BE121100 from WR 400 98 ,because i have it ,and the part numper of WR 426 is 5JG1211100.
Yamaha says that this part 5BE1211100 is superseded by 5BE1211110.
I ask this because the price valve from old WR 400 is very cheap and the valve price of wr 426 is very expensive.

Thanks

Don't do it, the 426 valve is titanium and the older 400 valve is steel. You need different, stronger springs for the heavier, older springs. If you did the entire set maybe but I seem to remember the 426 valves being a different overall size from the 400 valves.

Buy the right one for the bike, you'll be sorry if you don't.
