Hi Herm! I'll try to address these problems one by one.

1. You can order new or used parts for your bike from ebay or from a few different plastic makers. Search the web or contact Woody in our online store and see what he can do for you.

2. Those pesky gas tank inserts are a pain when they come loose. I have tried epoxy several times and it has worked for a while but it always fails. I've been told it is because gasoline wicks through the plastic and eats away the epoxy or weakens it.

3. Stickers on the gas tank get bubbles from the same wicking process mentioned about. Nothing you can do about it except get a needle and prick the bubbles as you see them and try to get it to lay back down.

Hope this helps!

Thank you.. Keetoman....

The reason about to buy another plastic maker is that the original blue are different on each one.. so i will try to get the original one, and the next kit i will get it from another brand.

And it sound a headache pain... those loose pesky gas tank.. it should be somenthing somewhere.. My goodness... also the bubbles... wow.. i will live forever with this pain.. now i start it being sad...

Well i hope to get some good news sometime...

Thanks againg for answer me ...

Keetoman summed it up pretty good, but I will say this- I owned my 00 YZ 426F from the time it was new until February of 2006 and left the original graphics alone and they never bubbled. A lot of people get excited and peel the stock stuff off to put fancy aftermarket stuff on there and it never seems to hold up. Maybe if you dig around on Ebay you can find another tank without loose inserts and original graphics. Good luck, and congrats on the new bike.
