Default i have a ttr 125 help!!!

i have a ttr 125 when the bike idles without the choke it is very queit is that normal

also what are some cheap or free mods i can do to go fatser (Ps i know the air box mod)

Yeah, thats normal. Mine sounds quite when idled, very weird, but thats what it does. No real free mods, everything costs money and how much you have. The Air box one works, the inverted forks is a great mod. Go to [Only registered and activated users can see links. ] for more info on mods!

you can take the spark arrestor out of the exhaust, it will give you more power everywhere but mostly midrange and top end. then, if needed rejet. get some different bars, you'll need them the first time you crash. new tires are a MUST and you'd be surprised at how good new ones are compared to stock. i have pics of the stock front tire of my TTR and they aren't pretty. i cant put them up now i'm at school.

new springs reealllly help though!

The airbox and the end cap out of the silencer are about all you can do. The pilot jet definitely needs to be richer and the damn things take for ever to warm up and I think a bigger main could be useful as well. Don't know though, we didn't keep it long enough to find out. He moved up to a full on 125 pretty soon.

that bike has around seven horsepower, maybe an xr200 would be better....

I've never ridden the ttr. Are you serious, it only has 7 ponies?
