Default 450 motor in a 426 frame???

Anyone know if a 450 motor will fit in a 00yz426 frame?I bought a yz426 roller for cheap and was thinking of throwing a 450 in it.I know i would need new engine mounts but otherwise would it work?

Or should i just part the bike out?:

i dunno, find someone with a 450 and compare the mount holes, etc. if you can't get it to fit with either 426 or 450 mounts, just make some. otherwise, i bet it would fit good

I guess i can match up the mounts from my wr.I was just wondering if anyone had experience with it or not.

I picked it up since it was cheap and thought it would be cool to play with.

Nope, won't work, the 450 motor mount locations are different. It will be close, but not perfect. You might be able to make it fit with a little fab work though.
