Track directions:

From Houston, San Antonio, everyone coming in on I10.
I10 to I59 North
Take 59 north to the 2090 exit in Splendora
Turn right (going east) on 2090 - it will zig zag over some railroad tracks.
Take 2090 to Tran - blinking light, gro-gas on the right.
Left on Tran, one short block to May - its the first turn you can make after getting on Tran
Follow May all the way into the track.

From Dallas, everyone coming in on I45:
Take 45 south to 242
Turn left (east) on 242 all the way to I59
Take I59 north to 2090 in Splendora
Turn right (going east) on 2090 - it will zig zag over some railroad tracks.
Take 2090 to Tran - blinking light, gro-gas on the right.
Left on Tran, one short block to May - its the first turn you can make after getting on Tran
Follow May all the way into the track.

We have a football game Saturday morning and then we are heading down. Not sure if we will get there in time for riding Saturday but we are gonna try.

Because we are coming in Saturday I just got a room in Cleveland just north of Splendora.

I will be driving down Friday after work also. I haven't heard from Kirtwell to see when he is going. He had said something about taking a travel trailer but there are not any electric hookups at the track. I may stay at Big M's house but will definately be at Mike's house for some story tellin.

P.S. I got a new black Dodge w/cummins turbo so I may leave you behind.

Oohhh...I hate to hijack this thread...but how is the cummins turbo Keeto? I am drooling over that truck!

Zoo, it pulled the 16 ft enclosed trailer to Colorado and it had 4 people, 5 bikes, tool boxes, welder, air compressor and all the clothing and gear for riding and I didn't know the trailer was back their until we got to the mountains. I love it! Now I need to get one of those super chips!

BTW, it doesn't sound like an 18 wheeler! It's really quiet.

What year is it keeto?

My riding buddy has a dodge dualy with a cummins in it, 1998 model mabye? He said the new ones had rail injection making them much quieter.

That sucker had some torque too! It was louder than the new ones, but not bad at all. It did sound like a mini, quieter version of an 18 wheeler, which I thought was cool.

Dell, it's a 03 model. You are right, they changed to inline injection and changed the angle of the injectors to achieve the quieter engine and it still has more power than last years. I think the HP is 305 and the torque is 555 ft lbs.

Keeto?? Did you say Smoke the Power Stroke. We can see what they do. If you beat me too bad I can always make the short trip to OK pickup my dads F350 and show you what a real diesel should do (Its pretty sick). You are not staying at the Hotel? Who in the heck am I going to sit outside the hotel room in the middle of the night with and yell at passing motorist with? I guess I will be able to find someone.
