I had a wonderful time and I really enjoyed everybody that I met. I MIGHT have a full role of cowboy on the KTM, Honda and on Tex426Twister's 426, but it may be no good. I know for sure that there are some of him on the Honda 450. We really appriciated the Berg's letting us bunk at their place and taking such good care of us. We are also very grateful to all of those who let Chase ride their bikes. We both had a blast.

Cowgirl,

After my camera registered 28 on a roll of 24, I was too starting to worry my camera screwed up. Well it wasn't the camera that screwed up, it was the operator forgetting to put the film in.

Boy, was I mad at myself as I had some awesome shots:

Woody,

If you look at the pics of the ThumperTalk class in the staging area. You will see a picture of me with my orange helmet on the handlebars and then right of me is CowboyonaCRF and then right of Chase is a yellow RM250 Suzuki.

This was by far the most awesome event I have ever attended. Final total on the miles for Yardpro and I was 3052.8 miles round trip! And let me tell you it was worth every single one of them!

Everyone was awesome, the Berg family is just incredible as yardpro said we were the first ones at his home and he treated us like family right away.

Here is my breakdown of people:

Yardpro: Tall surfer guy. He and I do have alot in common, actually more then I thought we did. He is a super guy and doesn't fit the arrogant picture I had painted of him at all. BTW, my voice is just starting to come back as well.

Machoman: Here is one guy that TOTALLY blew my mind. He is one of the nicest individuals that I have ever met in my life, and FUNNY, man that isn't even the right word. Best part was when he called yardpro and I on our way home to tell us that he made it home. We were in the middle of Arkansas at the time and had just stopped at a gas station. I was amazed, but there ARE some tall people in Arkansas.

Keetoman: Another great guy here, I didn't get to spend alot of time 1 on 1 with him, but he is a super nice guy. I enjoyed flyin over his head while he was flaggin!

Cowboy and Cowgirl: They were both as I had pictured them. Although I had Cowboy's personalitly a little off. I had him pictured as a very outgoing and chatty guy. WRONG! Super super guy, and Cowgirl is one of the sweetest ladies I have ever met.

KTM250rm: Rick is just like I remembered him. A big kid that had too much sugar.

The Hoots: These guys are just unreal. They drove all that way just to film and hang out. Awesome. Ima looked as if she REALLY enjoyed the race also, after talking with her a bit, I think she is hooked for life now.

Kirtwell: I got to spend alot of time with Kirt, he is a super guy and we had alot of fun dicing it up on the track. We are about the same speed but didn't get to have the final match up as he had to leave early. I think we all know how that would have went anyway. MotoMan----:yum Kirtwell

Madman: As yardpro said he was a big surprize for me as well. This is one hell of a good guy, with one of the broadest personalities of anyone. Super guy, and rides the big green beast pretty darn well.

Twister: This guy is the #1 biggest surprize of all. I had him pegged as a overweight old fart....WRONG!! I think he said he is 33 and hell he looks like he is 18. SUPER SUPER people though, and if he and his finance decide to head yardpro's way, I will be sure and meet them out there.

Big M: He has a heart of gold and can ride those Maicos like you wouldn't believe!! I was begining to wonder a bit about the kissing but other then that.....

As for the GMB results, The Rapture, #101 and one other guy from ThumperTalk took 2,3,4 right behind Mr. Berg. I was the first ATM member across the line taking 5th. I am not sure how the rest of the field layed out after that, but 2,3,and 4 were about 1/2 lap ahead of me, and me and #23 were about 1/2 to 1 lap ahead of the rest.

All and all the best trip of my life by far I had a great time and fully intend on coming back next year and bringing my family along.

One more thing and this one is for Yardpro..... "Hey, one time I forgot to put oil in my bike......"

The race- PURE AWESOME! The people were great, and the riding and getting to know everyone was every bit as good. Here's my additions:

machoman- I didn't figure he'd be such a little guy! Super nice guy, and the auto clutch on his 250F is MAGIC!

YZFracer212- nice guy, very chatty. Be glad he can't type as fast or as much as he talks, because ATM would be in huge trouble

Jim- about what I expected, only taller.

yardpro- from now on, everyone must refer to him as surferdude. Surf's up bro!

Mike and Suzette- truly great and genuine people. Thanks so much guys for letting Amanda and I stay with you and for dinner on Sunday. You guys are the best!!!

Shannon Berg- a little firecracker! The girl can hold her own for sure. Listening to her and Mike bicker back and forth on the drives to and from the track was a lot of fun

madcow- not what I expected, but super nice kid. A little quiet though.

Monica (madcow's mom, Bill's wife)- super nice lady as well. Didn't spend much time talking with her, but you can tell she's got a heart of gold.

Tyler- Mr. Funny Man. genuine good guy too

I ended up not riding the KTM much- it had MONSTER power, but the suspension was too stiff. I then rode Zoo's 04 CRF, then Tex Twister's 426, then macho's 250F, then Garrett/Mike's 450. I planned on running the race on Clayton's (Tex Twister's) bike, but he didn't show up before practice on Sunday so I ended up racing Zoo's 04 Thanks again Josh! I didn't do so well in the race, because of that jerk therapture from TT lapping me I tried to roost Rick twice but he was too smart for me
The weekend was amazing, and I can't wait until next year. I sure hope we can make it again! Thanks again to all who were there for making the weekend one of the best!!!

I can type as fast as I talk. But I am to lazy talking is alot easier then typing. Sorry I know I am a little annoying at times. But no big deal. You better be glad I did not have any money with me or I would have out bidded ya on the pipe. LOL!!
