what is this scrub i keep hearing about ?

Basically you throw the bike sideways on the face of a jump to scrub off speed.

Here is a really good video of it. Really fast riders use it to scrub off jump height so they can get back to the ground faster. If the rear wheel isn't on the ground, you are slowing down.

Very hard on quad. But slightly doable. It was this last race that taught me I could even do it or if it would do anything. After some more practice by me I may be able to show you. The finish table would be a good place to learn it. Being that you already can over shoot it
