Definitely great info!!! I too almost always talk to myself .... except, it generally goes something like .... "slow down, you're going too fast to make the turn Mr. Bike ... MY GOD, SLOW DOWN!!!!!" That is generally followed by a crash. Of course, on the other side of that you have (in the straights) "see Mr. Bike ... everyone else is going faster, why isn't Mr. Wrist turning Mr. throttle further?"

Whoever said "Lead with the mind and the body will follow." must have never rolled up on a sick double!

ANOTHER TIP: i also read in an MXA that the fastest and an affective way to get fast is to simply stand up more. they said you can find any one on the track faster than you and most likely time them and theyll have a higher stand up time.... or something like that. they promised it would work so try it.

and i also talk when i ride. when i was little i used to sing real loud until one day i came inside and my family was singing the same song mocking me. after that i tryed keeping my voice down.

Man talking to yourself helps so much. whenever i ride, i just say stuff like "less weight on your left foot" or " maybe i could go in third over that jump." and next time i go to the local track or at one of the oil lease roads i will try some of those tricks

I like those tips you gave. I read through everyone carefully and thought about everyone and they all make perfect sence. I have a supercross round on Saturday so i will try them out. Thanks!
