Bogging Probs

Default Bogging Probs

Everything is fine, but when i corner tight it bogs....is it because i am not giving it enough gas or what?? Simple yet aggervating feel like i am losing speed

I'm not sure I follow.... Are you having bike problems or are you just not giving enough gas?

I dunno to tell you the truth, i corner, wheeles spin like they should.Then all of a sudden it bogs slightly then its fine, only does this when i turn sharp like 180turns.

Sounds like maybe when you lean it over maybe fuel is leaking out your carb maybe.

Possibly the float in the carb needs to be adjusted

Hmmmmmmm...... is it a quick fix? Or am i going to have to take apart the whole carb to get to the float valve?

You will have to remove the carb, but it's located in the float bowl, so it's not that difficult. Just takes some time and you will need to know what the spec is so you can adjust it correctly.

yea i would say check the carb you ride a 4 storke right it could be valves but i do go with carb frist or next time u ride clutch it and pin it hard see if it helps who knows maybe maybe not .
