I used to get blisters pretty much every time I would ride. When I switched to TAG grips med/hard compound, my blisters almost completely went away. Then I bought some "underware" gloves and they worked wonders. Even with my gloves being too big, they still stop the blisters.

nexts time we all ride together ............lets throw our gloves away and lets ride for a couple of hours. That is how Machoman was born. My first harescramble I wore no gloves............... no blisters either.

On days like today, I get callouses under my callouses. Does that count for anything? No way I'm riding without gloves, bro! My women would take offense!

Nope Jedi - wasn't sweet when they were growing up - there is something to be said for "fear" when you are raising 3 boys and trust me - I did my dead level best to instill fear in those three. Course now I look back and realize that maybe I was too tough on them - but Bryan says that I was only as tough as I had to be - Macho was always fun and did not get into much growing up - pretty good kid - he was the hardest to discipline - but because he ALWAYS made me laugh before I could beat him to death......wish those days could be done over, didn't know it then but do now - those were the good old days - now I just sound OLD.
