Default Beginer needs help :)

Hello everyone.
I just got on a 4 stroke ( CRF250 07) ...
I seem to have a problem, I'm still a beginer and I can't figure out body positions.
Another strange thing is when I try to pop up a wheelie I have to sit all the way back for my feet to not to push the back brake to early. I feel like I have to keep my foot on the back brake in case. But I can only do that while siting way back.
Any help would be awesome!
Simon,

Stand on the pegs on the balls of your feet, squeeze the frame of the motorcycle HARD with your legs/knees. Use your arms to simply twist the throttle, operate the levers (clutch and front brake) and to hold onto the bars themselves. If you're holding too hard with your hands you'll develop arm-pump, and than you WON'T be able to hold on at all.

I only wheelied unintentionally back when I was racing. I wasn't a showboat, but if the front wheel came up on acceleration i just kept the throttle opened haha. I'm the wrong person to be asking about wheelies.

Move your brake pedal down so it doesn't catch your boot so easily.
