first before anything YOU NEED A FOAM PIT. once you have that out of the way shut your brain off let your partials drop and im pretty sure youll figure it out once the bike lands on you a few times......good luck

I'd imagine it takes LOTS of practice to get it right......and one bad practice to end up like Christopher Reeves for the rest of your life......is it worth it?

(no offense to the late C. Reeves)

i think its only worth it if u want to be a stunt rider or stuff like that and be able to go around saying that u can do a backflip other than that its not worth anything

I would recommend not letting go of the bike right away, you dont want to end up like jonny knoxville, with a torn urethra.

easy!!! it will come around just fine man... hit the jump nice and big... pull back as you hit the lip and look backwards and then pin the throttle hahah. works on the same principal as leveling your bike in the air... wrap the bike out and it will come around hahahaha.

IM JOKING BY THE WAY! DO NOT BE THE DUMB *** TO TRY THIS.

I have been in and out of the sport since 1971 and these flips and some of the obstacles on some tracks really make me cringe.
Simple crashes are bad enough but, I've seen things I wish I hadn't. Tony

I have tried it once and let me tell you from experience it is no bueno when you dont make it. I was 16 and it was when the backflip first came out so I attempted it on my 97 rm 125 I had at the time it was just a little 20 ft double. Well to make a long story short I got almost all the way back around and I caught the lip of the landing with the front tire and it threw me to the ground and the bike came over with me. I broke 5 ribs punctured a lung and cracked my sternum. All i got to say is please get or use a foam pit to try it if not make sure you get it on tape, lol
