Rekluse and a new AEP head from Thumper Big bore. I have both on my 2005 CRF450R.

The head is a great investment and will out last the OEM. On my bike...I rebuilt the OEM head twice. One with OEM parts and once with stainless calves and the stainless did last longer, but did loose a bit of power. The last time I replaced the head with the one from Thumper big Bore and that one has out lasted all the others combined and has better power than the OEM unit. THat is the best part I ever put on this bike.

thank you for the advice everyone, I will for sure go that way once it comes time to rebuild the head. Other than that is there anything you all recommend to do that I have not done listed in my first post ?
