Exclamation First time cleaning airfilter

Allright well see i have myself an '01 XR 80 and i rode it for two years and didnt change the air filter : and it still ran. I cleaned it this summer and holy cow!! it was horrid. I have pics of it but i dont have them on this comp. ill put em on when i get home

haha yeah it runs sooo much better now and im at my house now so i should bt able to put some pictures up. though,i cant figure out how to insert pictures :

Lets hope that there was no extra crap getting by it!

I believe it should run a lot better now that it is able to breathe!!

Sounds like you took some lessons on bike maintenance from a friend of mine. Needless to say he spends a lot of time sitting in the truck while the rest of us ride at the track because his bike won't run.

You DO know to oil the air filter after you are done cleaning and drying it right? Just making sure.
