pry the od one out with a hooked screwdriver and put the new one in by putting a socket about the same size on it and hammer it in slowly

I have no idea about the oil pump seal, but the water pump seal is pretty easy.

You'll need a new right side engine cover seal, and the inner and outter seals, plus I would also tell you to get a new shaft since the shaft sometimes gets a grove worn in it.

I would suggest either drilling a hole in your impeller as well or buying an '05 impeller.

See this thread for info on this mod. --> Drilled Water Pump Impeller

It's a pretty easy job. But it does take some time.

the theory behind drilling a hole is an interesting one. The problem I am having currently is getting the bearing out without doing damage.

hmmm, I can't remember if I even removed mine... I think I did, and it came out pretty easy. Just used a socket from the back side and gave it a little tap and out she came.

I don't recall any of it being difficult to remove, only time consuming.
