Default 80r carb

quick question as to tuning the carb on my sons 80r there are two screws, which one is what, and how do i adjust them , bike loads up and seems to be running rich, backfires a little??, thanks

The screw more toward the middle and most likely larger one will be the idle adjust screw adn the smaller one will be the air screw.

what are you mixing your premix at? on my 80 i ran 40:1

what size are your main and pilot jets?
