Default Gas Gas 250

My Nephew just purchased a 2002 Gas Gas 250 2 stroke, and is having a hard time locating parts. He needs to track down a throttle tube and cable. He is in Mississippi and I am in Texas, so I do not have access to the bike. I am trying to have him locate the model(XC MC etc). Can you tell just by the setup? He says it looks just like his YZ250 did, no headlights, off road stuff etc. If you can point me in the right direction it would really help, Thanks...

Thanks Kevin, always a help. Just went to the site...found the parts, they were listed under handlebar. Thanks again. BTW, Gas Gas parts seem pretty pricey.

Here are a couple more contacts, they may have what you need either new or used. I've dealt with both of them and both are great at what they do and easy to deal with. LT-Racing is a Gas Gas guru and does amazing things with suspension. Tasky's is a small dealer with Gas Gas, Husqvarna, TM and Husaberg, again awsome to deal with. Both are in WA.
