Cant think of the worst one, so Ill just name a couple bad/coulda been bad ones..

4th gear WFO up a whooped out hill, hit a slick spot, did a 180 and highsided. That didnt feel good, but was riding 15 minutes later.

Last sunday, 105' uphiller, BAM, cased the shiz out of that one. Didnt feel good, but got up, raced some more that day, ANDDD got it on tape

When I was about 10, hit a jump on my 3 wheeler, did the hole nose high, then nose dive, over the handlebars, helmet was tossed off. Then my head got ran over, lol. Concussion, and a messed up back to this day.

I beleive it wasnt my second race ever, and a guy in front of me crashed, and almost hit the flagger, and it was the finish, but I didnt see the flag. I went around the turn when I should of been done. Did a small table thats part of a triple, and then went off the rest of it, but it whipped sideways, and highsided again. Hurt, but yet again, I was ok.

does washing out through a sweeper and getting run over by another rider on a yz250 count? i had knobby marks starting from my tailbone all the way across the left side of my back, and up my left arm for about 6 months. thank god for a chest protector or i would have ended up with a couple of broken ribs.

the other bad one was getting launched over the bars on a kicker jump and sticking the handlebar through my knee, right behind the kneecap and tearing all the cartilage. i didn't realize how bad it was and kept riding for a bit, then when i got back to the trailer and pulled my pants off my buddy who was with me (coincidentally the same guy who ran me over) puked when he saw the white chunks hanging out of the gash. that one hurt like hell and took a long time to recover from.

Hey Char, where did you ride in Plaster city? were you close to the plaster plant with the big smoke stacks?

I was on my new crf150 about a year ago. I was cruising along with my friend and all the sudden there was about a six foot drop, not the best thing to fall off on a little crf.
My worst crash a sprained wrist and I sprained a wierd neck muscle, not sure what its called.
Now I can do it easy because for 1) I know its coming when I go out that way and 2) I now have an 03 yz125!!!

Oh man some of these are great or terrible depends on how you look at them.

I have 2 that I will share:

1st: I was home on leave I think in 1990 my brother had just gotten his new KX250 so we loaded up and went up to a old gravel pit on the side oof the MT in Layton. Well he zips around jumping and crap and then he gives it over to me. Well I can hardley keep the front end on the ground when I get it on the pipe. So anyway I come back down this little hill then drop into theis depresssion as I'm coming back up to the lip thats when I finally find the pipe again and the bike shoots like straight up and I let go and roll down the hill. My brother is pissed as his new bike bounces Front wheel, bars, rear fender and lands in a cloud of dust. So I continue to roll down the hill and pretend I'm pretty hurt, I should have won the oscar for that one.

2nd May 2002

Again brother and I go down to Jericho Utah Dunes. I have my brand spanking new 426. Well we ride all day then camp wake up and start to do it again we find this little 400 yards from end to end track for the kids to ride on but it has a ditch going down the middle probably like 10' deep. So I go around then discover I can get some air coming up out of the ditch. SO I do that a couple of times fun fun right then I go back the other way and didn't see a kicker at the top of this thing I can remember floating through the air still planted on my bike but the bike rotating nose down in a hurry. The next thing I know My brother is slaping my face saying Daryn, Daryn you alright bud. Ko'd for like 5 min, Concussion Broken left radius.

I would have to say my worst crash would have to be, when I was riding in the woods one day years ago, we were climbing this hill then turning at the top and following the hill for about 200 feet then turning and coming down. Well I got to the top and went to turn and the quad started to roll over and I out my foot down to stop me from rolling and there was no ground for me to put my foot on. The biuke rolled down the hill with me still on it and crashes into a huge pile of rocks. Body was a little sore and the bike needed new bars and stem.

my worst happened when i was 14 on an rm80. I was flying down some powerline trails behind my house, about 4th gear pinned when around a gradual corner I went head on with my freind on a PE 175. By far the worst feeling and the worst noise ive ever heard. Ended up with a broken collar bone on my right arm and a broken left wrist.... Very gimpy..

Funniest wreck story: My friends and I were racing an arenacross in Ashville and one of them crashed in the first corner. It took him the whole race to get his bike going and when he did he was the only one on the whole track. He putted around to the finish line jump and decided to throw a little whip. He landed a little funky ran off the track and rammed a flag man and a barrel and went flying. The whole crowd laughed there arssss offf and we have it on video :zap
