| Let's see if I can explain a little better: for instance with the biceps/triceps day I do 3 or 4 sets of 6 different exercises. So that's 3 exercises for the biceps and 3 for the triceps so it works out to be a great workout in half as much time as it would normally take. Hopefully that's somewhat more clear. |
