| This is some info I got from [Only registered and activated users can see links. ]. I thought it was pretty good. Not sure about the once a week thing, but maybe... Since I can see it would DANG near kill you. I don't think I would be able to walk period if I did that. I'm working on my work out plan though. Hopefully I'll have it down soon and can get started. |

| i havw started the runnning thing. i run 2-3 miles 3X per week and 3x/week lift weights. boy i feel 100%better |
