Today I went MTB'ing in the woods for about 2 hours. Men, those steep uphills are a killer, I'm sure that's very good for the condition. I have fallen once, it's like being on a dirt bike, if I didn't see the ground in extreme close up, I didn't ride!!!

That's sweet! I'll have to re-read the advise you gave me since whatever you're doing is obviously working.

Well, this week was a total loss. No biggie though, as I just didn't have time after all of you helped to motivate me. So I'll start again on Monday.

From time to time I also have it difficult to go out for training. I'm lucky I have the dog, he's always eager to go out jogging, he brings my running shoes from time to time so I know it's that time again!! he's great!!!

I have not. I am thinking about starting up again today, but I racked my head pretty good in mesquite when I wrecked doing the uphill triple and I've had a good ol'e head ache ever since.
