| Not good. I have been there with both of my knees - six months apart. Keep your feet on the pegs! You might also look into a knee support. Do you stretch out before you ride? You should. Everyone should. Keep your body limber and moving. Fifteen minutes the night before and ten minutes the day of activity. Make it a habit - it helps a lot. I strongly suggest seeking help from a professional. Seek out a sports medicine doctor. There is a doctor on this board - hopefully he will chime in and give some professional advise. Also - what about your bike's suspension? Is it set up for you? I would suggest maybe getting some help to get it dialed in if not. A well-suspended bike can make a huge difference. Good luck! | well i ride a quad. and i do strech before a race or a big practice session. well i have good suspension it does need some work and a revavle for custom settings. but i don't have the $money$ |
