| well, after the last race, about a day later, i started having problems with my left shoulder again. i have had it injured before when i was wrestling(long story short, i got droped on left shoulder right on top) i had it checked out then and they said it was a nerve that was getting pinched. hurt to high he!! to. thru the past few years it has improved some with work outs and such. monday, after sundays race, i woke up and it would not move. much. yesterday i had my wife check it out. since she is going to college for medical office assistant(nurse) and she had me move it around. she put the little stethascope up there when i did and heard grinding and poping. "GO AND GET IT CHECKED OUT" she said LOL but me, NAW! i am hard headed so i am just going to keep on keeping on, working out and stretching and such, then if it dont quit, i guess i will have to go in laters... |

| Nerve damage is the pits. I got a pinky finger that hasn't had full sensation in it for over a year. Good luck on the recovery, hope it goes well for you. |

| i have been forgetting to update this after a few months of just different strenght, poking and proding tests, it turns out the only problem is a pinched nerve. since the last check of it, i have not had full feeling in my whole arm. my fingers are tingley, arm dont move without hurting, and dont have a real good grip in it. when i was in high school wrestling and playing football, i kept working out and it seemend to help. maybe just cause there was more muscle their to help pull the load i dont know. but it helped. so i am looking in a finger-hut magazine to find a good work out machine. i dont care to much for bow-flex, i have tried them and they seem to have some bounce to them on a return rep. not the best consistancy i have delt with. or i am going to go to a local GYM and start wortking out. maybe that will help. i have one more test at the middle of next month but it dont look the best. the doc said it(the nerve) had a tear in it and is almost rendered usless. i am going to try to prove them wrong! mainly cause they aint gonna CUT ON ME!!! no way on this green earth LOL more to come around the 13th-20th of next month....
