| Ok, first off. I have this software. My wife got it when she was working out and had joined a fitness site to further her efforts. I had totally forgotten about it until I was writing up my workouts in Excel and my wife asked what I was doing. She then reminded me that we had this software. I'm glad she did because it's awesome. You can use pre-designed templates or make you own. It's pretty cool. Check it out at [Only registered and activated users can see links. ] It's $30. |

| Complicated this thing is not. Pretty easy and straight forward. I just spend 2 hours making my workout plan for the rest of this month (it would have been quicker, but I changed a lot of the pre-designed workouts to suit my needs/equipment I have). The coolest part is it lets you track how and what you actually did. You can take notes etc. You also take your measurements etc and keep track of them. Then it will create you a report or a graph (or both) based on past workouts. I'm excited. My workout starts Monday. Wish me luck. |

| Woody...GOOD LUCK! I like the idea of tracking your progress. I do the same thing when I run....I write down how far I went and the time it took. More than anything, I've found it motivates me. I can look at it and say..."Now why didn't I run that day?" or.."I'm making better time". Of course...this is just something that works for me. |

| Thanks Char. I'll start a new thread for my work out since I really can use all the motivation and accountability I can use. I've been *planning* on doing this now for... .. . uh a long time. |
