| This is for Doc Mark or anyone else that has had ACL/Meniscus reconstruction. I am a little over 6 months out of surgery. My ACL was grafted from the ham string of the same leg. I am just now starting back to light work outs in Tae Kwon Do. I can do most things but no jumping yet. My wife and I walk at least 2 miles with our 104lb dog everyday (my resistance walking...ha) I do these things with my brace on. My question. Is it normal this far out to have some swelling after working out. I know I pushed it to the limit a couple days last week. The swelling is directly above the knee, I thought maybe it was my thigh muscles swelling because they are not fully back to normal yet. |

| It shouldn't be swelling up this far down the road. There is a problem. |
