Default Getting racked - Not related to Deers

No it didn't happen to me, but while at last Sunday's mx race, I heard from an x-outdoor national racer, that if you get racked, to walk around on your tippy toes to help get over the effects.

Has anyone else heard of this?

I sure hope not!!!!

As far as the question goes...I roll on the ground, walk on the tips of my toes, scream, and other things and nothing really works as well as time. It just takes time. Bad subject..ouch!

I find firm pressure in the lower abdomen while crawling on the ground helps a little. Time, and being able to deal with it, which is very hard is the best thing...of course ice might be able to help, but cold...well yea.

No comment, I just can't stop laughing... LMAO... Oh man, the best way is to just not let it happen... When it does, I find that crying like a woosie works best

I'm usually pretty silent... Kind of more like... I just died... stop, fall, roll over, wimper, cry some if I can feel it in my adams apple... roll some more... wimper some more... etc.

First you get up off the ground, jump two to three times in the air to drop the eggs back in the basket, clear your throat and last but not least scream like a baby. Or something like that.

I'm glad you find humor in such a touchy subject. Let me tell you it's no laughing matter, though, when my buddies get racked, I certainly laugh too. It just sucks.
