any advice on a broken leg??

wednesday i was riding at my local track when i jumped a 60 foot tabletop and cased it with my back end sideways and when i bounced up, the back flew the other way causing me to fly off in the air after my crash i stood up like nothing happened and then i fell down because my leg started to hurt. when i took off my boot i immeditly knew that my leg was broke. i went to the doctor and they said it was broken in 2 places the next day they put my foot into a cast and now all i can do is lay down all day. any recovery tip that aren't obvious like "get some rest"??? 'cause my leg is killin' me and i need some help on my recovery, any tips would be great. Thanks

yep, Advill, IB Profin, Tylonol, all that good stuff, just dont O/D! , we dont want to see u end up like brad from sublime. and be sure to tell the lil hussies that u did it motocrossin , chicks dig that kinda stuff.

yeah, i am taking tylonol right now, it works a lil'. what does O/D mean anyway??¿

IB Profin works way better than Tylonol. Remember, when your telling the girls what you did, you were going off a huge 145 foot quadroople and over shot it!!!

Get yourself a nice spot on the couch, a pillow for your leg, and commence to watch lots of TV.

That sounds exactly like my wreck, 55' double on my 150 and over jumped it though. But i had 2 screws put in. Just take it easy, when you get out of the cast it will take another 2 weeks to learn to walk again. And then another 2 weeks to get back in your riding grove, i actually got faster after i wrecked. I dont know how but i did.
