 8 weeks! Dr Mark, You have seen my son's foot xrays from 8 weeks ago. Our doc had him in hard cast for 8 weeks and Tuesday he put him in a walking cast for the next month. We have broken a bunch of bones but this seems excessive. 8 weeks in a hard cast seems like it should be plenty. He has no pain and has amazing flexibility back in just 24 hours. I will not let him out of the soft boot except to sleep and shower but I hate to loose another 4 weeks. Can he at least ride an excercise bike in a regular shoe? THanks  |
