| Well I am doing hare scrambles. I need to get my fitness up big time with out burning my self out at the race. I can do pretty good for an hour and a half. I am really doing myself a disservice as I have the speed and skill to do well, if I can just ride faster longer. I am thinking lots of time on the mountain bike with some general lifting and some running. I do notice when I use a Hydro fuel like sustain it helps BIGTIME. What do you guys think? ---Mike |

| Definately get you a drink system! The best training for riding long distances at speed are to do just that... a lot! The cardio and mountain biking will help to get the oxygen more efficient in your body. Ride, ride and then ride some more. That's the best training! See how long you can go before you start to lose concentration and then try to better that the next time out. Stop when you start losing focus because you can definately get hurt. Good luck! |
