Good Vid! Is that a Go pro? It looks like you held off a couple of guys for a while there. Just keep riding, as long as you are having fun, thats what its all about.

Yes, it's a Go Pro.

I had a lot of fun, but it still sucks coming in last

I don't know how it is in Hawaii Drew, but over here(especially in Texas) there are some serious sandbaggers. The vet classes are no exception. My very first vet competition had me coming in 7th out of 7. I even got lapped.
But hey, last place is better than sitting on the couch. And you didn't break any bones so you are a winner.

You have been down that road before.

I applaud your getting back in the saddle and conquering that track. I was there in January of 08 and man is it a big long GP track with many a slippery turn and that down hill ski jump, impressive. As I remember, flagmen were in short supply as well.

Not only that but, didnt you also go from a 125 to a 450? One would think it would take awhile to get your confidence up considering all of these factors.

That's funny, I was thinking last place is an excellent alternative to leaving in a military helicopter.

As long as you're having fun, that's really all that matters. I sure do enjoy your videos Drew.

Well I did have fun, but the 10 minute helicopter ride wasn't bad either

Having fun and driving yourself home are worth 2 wins to me. Glad you won both of those!!

That burned out clay reminds me of Carlsbad Raceway. If it had axle deep square edge all over I would have said it was Carlsbad!!
