Anyone heard the rumors that there will be no Mike Alessi for US SX in 2010? And that he'll be riding KTM's new 350 over seas?

Yep that's correct, MA will be riding the 350 outdoors. I think he will be having a stint in Europe as well on it. Probably one of the most interesting SX pre-season's for a while!

Btw, before all this starts, CR and JS will be racing against each other here in QLD and I will be there to see it!

Sorry for late reply, Pete.

Ahh I will double check as mate bought them but he said covered platinum.

Last year practice was interrupted but a quick thunderstorm. We had no cover and were amongst the hordes who had to stand under the stand and had to pay $10 for a little plastic poncho!

I really hope there is a toilet and beverage stand some where close as well!!

I had heard he was going to race overseas for testing the new 350sx and then racing it in the U.S. series but there was some ruling that had to be made on the 350 being able to compete in the premier class.
I think Reed will be fast on the Kaw but still behind JS. RV should be up front too!! Should be a good season..... Barring any injuries
I don't wish any ill will to Reed but, I'm not fan of his. I'm still pullin' for Bubba and that new Yami looks like a good fit for him this year.

CR can fly on anything he throws a leg over. At their level all the bikes are the same power wise its all about rider.

Looks like Reed may be back to square one on the holeshots. He debuted in Australia recently and was around 14th in moto 1 and 8thish on moto 2, but still pulled off the win in the very last turn before the finish. If he continues starts like that, he won't have a chance against JS. Still a Reed fan, but love Yamaha's, so I'm torn anymore. Definitely a RV fan, always have been and I'm looking forward to seeing what Alessi does on this new 350.

No that was after he anihilated the field at the second round, his bike handled awesome, turned tight, and sat down over the whoops. The ME mechanics spent a week out here getting it dialed in, the first round he rode pretty much a stocker.
