So far all the digital ones have been on a 70-200 2.8 IS L
And the film ones are a 150 F4 CF-T*

Thanks. Shooting a 18-200 3.5-5.6, I guess I need to invest in some good glass to get shots like that...next year will be a d700 and some good zooms hopefully.

Nah it's not the glass, The Nikon is the problem

Nice shots! Good glass is key to getting pictures like you have. Very crisp! You don't get that from cheap stuff -- especially when the target is moving.
