Those jet boats can run in about 3 inches of water at full throttle, untill you hit a rock that is! I took the family on one in New Zealand years ago it was a blast, they took us up this canyon it was scarey how close they got to the walls, a lot of fun though.

NZ is a nice place, and realitivley cheap if there is such a thing anymore. My wife is from there, but all her family live here now. We hired a car and drove ourselves around on both islands, the roads there were good at that time. Some pretty spectacular scenery and if you like adventure sports it's got the lot. I want to go back there again now the kids are older and do some offroad Moto. It would be one hell of a place to ride, no wonder they have got so many good riders in all disciplines.I just whish they sold more XXXX beer there!

I wonder if those guys get shorter each time they race? The impacts look pretty intense - it's got to be killer on your back! I couldn't handle it - not anymore.

I think if they moved the motor a little farther forward it wouldn't be quite so dangerous.
