little OT, but nice!!!

i have been having problems with my comp running slow and MAJOR pop up problems. well i just installed the new version of yahoo tool bar with anti spy. i had around 40 items that were totally spyware and didnt even know it. also, there are over 30 others that may be a possibility. but they are tracking cookies, like the "remember me" option like on here. some of the places i didnt recognize but left them for now. but if they become a problem, THEIR GONE!!! then i guess i will have to log in everytime LOL. i think anyway, not to literate when it comes to that type of stuff. well any way, i just want to say, if any one is having problems like i have had, i sugest trying the toolbar from yahoo like i did. normally by now i would have had about 2-5 pop ups, now i dont have any. sorry for the off topic here, but i am just tickeled that i finally got it fixed. thanks

also, i installed JSAC paint pro 8, does anyone know much about this? it is almost like photoshop. thanks again

Try Ad-Aware, it will clean all the spyware stuff from your machine.

accualy, i did try them once, i couldnt get it on my comp? dont know why though. maybe it was going but this thing was so slow, i never would have known it but its all good now. thanks. i will keep it in mind in case she screws up again. thanks again.
