Here's what I whipped up... I'm not too sure about it. Let me know if you have any suggestions anyone. I could change it to a light background/dark letters pretty easily if you want.

Hey you dialup guys.. if you have a tough time waiting for this banner to download, let me know and I'll try and make it smaller.

I dialed up and found that it only downloaded once and then it was pretty quick since it pulled it from cache after that.
