Default Hard enduro training - The hard way!

Went out again for a ride with a friend. but this time we decided to check a hidden hiking trail... it started as a nice & easy technical single track but turn over pretty quick to hard enduro

Comments & recommendation if any are more then welcome!

I only watched a little of the video, but here's my input-

1. Practice, practice, practice!
2. Look ahead and look where you want to go- this is probably the biggest mistake most riders make. If you're looking at that big slick rock off the side of the trail, you will inevitably start going toward it. Ideally you should be scanning ahead to the next obstacle or corner to prepare for it.
3. Practice! (in case I didn't mention that yet)
4. I've found there's a lot of good info in the "Cross Training Enduro" YouTube series. The guy has a great sense of humor and does a good job of breaking down the basics of techniques that will help you navigate that sort of terrain
5. And last but not least, practice.
