Thumbs up GasGas 300 kicking but in Nevada XC

The GasGas 300 are kicking some but in the Nevada Desert in the XC races.

Sandtech Racing, rider Russ Ramsey riding the 300 GasGas. is 3rd in points in the expert class. These guys are racing in the Nevada desert and their shortest race has been 260 miles long. They have 1 dnf because Russ got lost then ran out of gas last week. Their next race is June 27th and it is a 560 mile race from Vegas to Reno.

The guy said the bikes were holding up great. You can reach Sandtech racing off the site [Only registered and activated users can see links. ]

I am trying to get all the race teams to send in pics with the hopups they have done to their quads and put it on the site on [Only registered and activated users can see links. ] racers corner page.

they have had no mechanical problems after 1700 race miles so far. The only mods they have done is tune the suspension and port it.

That is excellent, I hope these quads catch on in the states. Once parts are more plentiful, I'm sure they start to pick up, but who knows, they could be someone like KTM that just never gets huge, but are slowly growing. Every year, you see a few more.

Mickey Dunlap said today after testing it for a few days that the GG450 "it comes off of the line like a missle"

He also just posted on exriders that pro production rider Brad Marci (Gncc #29and currently 18 overall and 7 in the pro production class) is going to race a GasGas 450 at Wisp (round 9 Gncc Jun 28). The quad is the one Chad Duvall will be racing later in the season. Brad is going to do some testing it for Chad since his YFZ450 is not ready yet. So Brad will know first hand which machine is better after he races both the GasGas and YFZ. Be interesting to see which one he likes better.

here it comes guys!

Oh yeah...about the parts. Parts are not a problem here. There are 2 places I have found so far that stock all GasGas parts. The motors came off the motorcycles so those parts have been here.

Adn there are already people making hopups for them already...jet kits, etc

You can find some of the on the aftermarket page at [Only registered and activated users can see links. ]

I will say this for them. They are doing an excellent job of getting all the info out to the rest of the world via their web site. I say Go GASGAS.

You may find this interesting but this is not their web site. I built this site so people could find the info. I researched it all myself because I am going to buy the 450 when the next shipment gets here the end of the month. Then I decided I would charge their dealers to be on the site since they didnt have a site..

either that or work something out to get a quad at a discount.

I plan on have a racers page for each race team that I will update with all their latest info as well.

Thanks for the compliment on the site.

Did you get your gas gas yet? If so, how do you like it? Those things are wide. That is awesome.

I havent gotten it yet. They aren't here yet. The ones on their way have all the bugs out of them they said. One of the companies on the site [Only registered and activated users can see links. ] World Class Racing Products just custom made some a-arms for the gasgas for Mickey Dunlap to use on Chad Duvalls 450 he will be racing. Mickey sent me pics of it and I will have them posteds shortly.

The Sandtech race team finished 2nd overall in the expert class in the race from reno to Las Vegas this past weekend. They are sending me pics as well for the page I am building them.

Mickey the riders testing the newa GasGas 450 Brad Marci and Chad Duvall really like the machine and the way it handles. They will be on top of the podium soon I am sure.
