DVX400 replacement fenders

Has anyone else heard that Arctic Cat had available replacement fenders in a bunch of colors other than the stock red and green?
I read about them but can not find them anywhere. Apparently Arctic Cat only had them for a year and didn't sell any/many and stopped making them. They probably didn't sell any because so few people even knew the thing existed!
Anyway, my wife would like to get her hands on one or two of these different colored fenders for her new quad.
Does anyone have any leads?

PS, tried contacting the dealer who didn't even know they were available and have not heard back from Arctic Cat website.

Tried Acerbis, but I could only find dirt bike stuff. Thanks forthe idea though.

I would really like to find the factory option ones because they replace just the removable fender, not the entire set of plastic.

How about Laker customs???

I know Laker makes aftermarket plastics for the YFZ. Do a search on E-bay. They MAY also make them for the Arctic cat.

Right now nobody makes aftermarket for the DVX. I could probably buy LTZ400 plastic if I wanted. But the DVX has fenders that unbolt from the body. Each fender can be taken off individually without removing the body plastic. ArcticCat made different color options, but only the magazines seem to know about it, and no one knows how to get ahold of some.
The fenders on the wife's quad are red and the body is black. Would like to take off the red fenders and replace with something else.

Don't put Z400 plastics on, the DVX is a good looking machine. As far as an after market following, I'm sure you won't find any, as they were not a popular enough machine. Too bad Suzuki couldn't take lessons from Arctic Cat on that plastic design, then it would be easy to find you some plastic.

Too bad Artic Cat diden't take a lesson from suzuki in 05' for the power and suspension up grades.
I just ordered the wife a new set of AMS AeroSpeed paddles for the rear, Diamond tracks for the front and and a set of ITP powder coated black C-Series wheels. Stay tuned in a week of so for Pic's.
That should make her forget about the plastic search for a while

I like the looks of the arctic cat better than the Z400, and KFX400 for sure!

Well, it sounds like we were lead on. I heard from the dealer, who contacted Arctic Cat, that the other fenders haven't even been made available yet and may not be at all. Kinda frustrating to have a cool feature that doesn't fully live up to its potential.
Still a cool looking machine though.

i work at a arctic cat dealership and we have a catalog you can order them from. they have several styles and colors. I will check on availability and post back a phone number where u can get them

That sounds great. Just told the wife and she is really excited. Please let me know and I will likely be placing an order. If it is not too much is there a way you could email some pictures of the colors?

well i did some checking and they were only available till fall of 04 and are no longer selling the after market colors due to low sales. all you can buy are the stock colors now
