Unhappy too soft.

I am very new to suspension work on my bike, but it is too soft at the track whenever I land or hit woops fast I bottom out. I am only 170 but maybe the girl that I bought the bike from set the suspenion up soft. Can anyone get me in the right directions with rebound/dampening clickers or do I need new springs? any help would be appreciated.

What bike are you on? CR85, CR125 or CR250?

you might need new springs, if your weight is considerably different. If you have the number id call them and ask if they changed out the springs for a softer set. If they did..... you can mess with the clickers all day and it will still be too soft for you

Its an 03 CR250. Yeah the person I bought it from said they didnt do anything to the suspension, but if I want to check would I have to take the forks apart and get a number off the springs?

it might be a good idea to put some new fork oil maybe get the nitrogen refilled in your shock, while you have them apart. Do you know what the stock settings are for that bike, id check that.

I just changed the fork oil about two months ago because I blew a seal. I am going to check the stock settings today and then I will check in.
