| My right side fork is super bouncy after changing my fork seals. ('02 KYB's) I was wondering if there is air in the chamber and that is whats causing it. Did I screw something up? Probably... |

| Besides the obvious (the rebound being all the way out), I'm not sure. I have rebuilt some KYB forks, but I can't for the life of me remember it being very hard. dump oil, put new oil in. Isn't that all their is to it? No inner chamber to speak of. You could also (again obvious) remove the air bleed screw and see if it has a lot of air pressure in there. Otherwise I'm not sure. |

| two things: did you bleed the cartridge? you have to pump the damper rod about 10 times to fill it with oil. and, are you sure you mounted the rod to the fork cap? hard to imagine you forgot it but who knows |
