Rebuild information can be found in the pdf file attached to this article.

Clicker settings are all dependant on what brand forks you have. I'm a little confused about what the CR125 has, so if you can let me know it it's KYB (kayaba) or Showa, I can tell you what clicker does what.

It's up to you. You are the one that decides if it's good or not. Personal preference.

I do not know the stock settings.

On the forks, the top is rebound, and on the bottom is compression.

On the shock, the top nut is high speed compression, the screw in the middle is low speed compression and down near the bottom is rebound.

my 2000 cr 125 stock settings are: low speed 8-11
i believe high speed is 5/6 - 1/16 on the hex
rebound is 22-26

def. get a manual.
