How do make adjustments to make my rear stock stiffer? Ive been told that it can be done with a screw driver but how and where?

First you need to set the sag properly for your weight.

Then once you have that done you can mess with the compression and rebound while your at the track.

Do a search for sag and clicker adjustment on the site and I'll be willing to bet you come up with more than a couple threads.

Doesn't the 2005 have the newer twin chamber KYB forks?

If so, the screw on the top adjusts compression, the screw on the bottom is rebound. You want both sides to be the same.
