Angry 2004 yz250f fork help

hi, i have an 04 yz250f and i just had gotten it. i'm a light rider around 115-120 and the suspension is really stiff and hard in the front. I've noticed on my left fork that oil has been building up so i need to do fork seals, i also can't seem to find the compression screw. Is there one? On the bottom of the forks there just seems to be a female end of screw? Thanks lemme know what you guys think

Sounds like you will need to find the missing parts.
You will also need to have the forks and shock springs changed to meet your weight.
